The Institutional Client Group (ICG) manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Fixed Income (FIC) product spectrum. The team spans 5 continents, with deep expertise in the core FIC product suite (Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Financing, Emerging Markets), across flow products and bespoke solutions. The ICG Rates sales team is responsible for covering institutional clients specifically for G10 Interest Rates product needs. The product offering spans Linear (European Government Bonds, US Treasuries, Interest Rate (IR) Swaps, X-Currency Swaps etc.) and Non-Linear (Options, Hybrids, Structured Notes etc.), as well as offering structured interest rate Solutions.
You will work closely with Trading, Structuring & Research partners to deliver our Fixed Income franchise to meet our client’s needs.

Your key responsibilities
- Proactively driving sales coverage of Rates products to institutional client base
- Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering products and solutions as required
- Growing Deutsche Bank’s Rates trading presence and market share with the client base
- Partnering with trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients
- Developing strong relationships with the client base to enhance our ability to cross-sell other Fixed Income products
Your skills and experience
- Deep knowledge of the Interest Rate product suite
- Existing relationships with large institutional investors across United Kingdom
- A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
