Our Product Engineering team is growing and we’re looking to bring on a highly talented Sr. UI/UX Designer!  You’ll work closely with our frontend software engineering team and product managers to make key early stage contributions to the OfferFit product!

In particular you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for OfferFit products, from initial wireframing to the creation of pixel-perfect high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of product vision and requirements.
  • Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive navigation flows, consistent component behavior, and a unified style.
  • Influence and contribute to OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring UX considerations are at the forefront.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior design role, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects and solutions.
  • Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision.
  • Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS) 
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
