Reporting into the Treasurer, this position will be supporting day to day operational Treasury activities from Cash Management to Bank Administration.
What You'll Do:
- Support reporting for cash operational activities and treasury function, including KPIs.
- Support the Snr Treasury Analyst with the daily global liquidity process to ensure that accounts have adequate funds to meet outflows, execute funds movement transactions, and maintain bank balances through use of the Treasury Management System and banking portals.
- Support Treasury Manager with Bank Administration tasks inc. KYC, Bank Signatory updates, along with Opening & Closing of bank accounts.
- Support Treasurer with TMS static data updates and supporting the SOX processes.
- Engage with Banking partners to ensure Account details are correct (inc. Account Names / Addresses).
- Support Treasury team with analysis of Bank Fees, Bank Accounts & counterparties to support Bank Rationalisation.
- Build strong working relationships with the broader finance team; support Accounts Payable team on wire queries, support reconciliations team to clear/reconcile treasury activity.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior Treasury/Finance experience desirable
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel: pivot tables, macros, advanced functions) & PowerBI
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field would be advantageous

- Excellent communication, organization and self-management skills
- Ability to excel in high pressure environment with sensitive deadlines.
- Self starter with ability to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills
