As a Travel Support Specialist II in Chase Travel on the Private Client Services team, you will possess a profound ability to manage and enhance the travel experiences of an elite clientele. You will excel in building strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury market, including top-tier restaurants, exclusive event providers, and private experience vendors. With a meticulous eye for design, you will craft detailed, attractive itineraries that meet the refined tastes and high standards of our clients. Job responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including luxury restaurants, ticket brokers, exclusive event coordinators, and providers of private experiences to secure bespoke services for our clients.
- Work closely with Travel Designers to meticulously handle all aspects of travel logistics.
- Craft elegant and detailed travel itineraries using AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant, adhering closely to sophisticated design templates that reflect the high standards of our clientele.
- Communicate effectively with UHNW clients via email, phone, and in-person to capture their preferences and ensure their travel needs are met with impeccable attention to detail.
- Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and independent guides to customize travel arrangements such as high-end dining reservations, spa appointments, and unique activities tailored to client requests.
- Update and maintain precise client reservation and travel details on platforms like Monday.com and ClientBase, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Research luxury travel trends, new elite accommodations, top-tier restaurants, and significant cultural and sporting events to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant travel options.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and a thorough understanding of the luxury travel market, ensuring that all client interactions and arrangements are handled with the utmost professionalism and care
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience in a concierge, personal assistant, or similar role within luxury services, with a focus on travel or hospitality.
- A keen eye for detail and strong design skills for creating sophisticated travel itineraries that meet the high expectations of luxury clients.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with luxury service providers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with UHNW clients and luxury service providers.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, essential for managing complex arrangements and maintaining detailed records.
- Flexibility to accommodate client needs during off-hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as MS Office, ClientBase, Monday.com, and familiarity with AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant.
- A deep understanding of and passion for luxury travel and the ability to stay informed about the latest trends and openings in this sector.
- Proactive and resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills to address and anticipate client needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
