Transport Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 with option to earn more for additional duties plus Veolia benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Location: Four Ashes WV10 7DG

What you'll be doing;

• Supervising drivers daily route sheets and paperwork

• Be the first point of contact for all Transport queries 

• Carry out periodic checks of driving licence, ADR certificate, CPC card checks

• Coordination of breakdowns & recovery   

• Liaising and managing service providers to book all scheduled and non scheduled work 

• Ensuring all defect reports are actioned

• Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures

• Assist with driver daily debriefs 

• Carrying out any other reasonable duties as instructed by the Transport Manager

What we're looking for;

• Excellent organisational skills

• Previous experience gained working within Transport

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Good IT skills

• Previous experience working within the waste industry is advantageous

• Interest in career progression
