Develop, maintain, and deliver manufacturing training by partnering with subject-matter experts. Create engaging instructional content, publish via learning channels, monitor training metrics, coordinate delivery, and drive continuous improvement using feedback and learning technologies.
We are looking for a talented Training Associate to join our team, specialising in Manufacturing within our Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME) organisation based in Peterborough, UK.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Identify and prioritise manufacturing training needs in partnership with Global Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Develop engaging, high-quality training content with Subject Matter Experts.
- Publish and communicate learning resources through established training channels.
- Maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ongoing relevance.
- Leverage learning technologies to create new content and enhance existing programmes.
- Coordinate training activities and support the successful delivery of learning initiatives.
- Monitor training performance metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement through learner feedback, evaluation, and programme enhancements.

- Apply strong instructional design and training delivery skills to create effective learning solutions.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Use data and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma, certificate of secondary education, or equivalent experience required.
- Significant experience in training, learning and development, manufacturing, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience creating and maintaining training materials using a range of learning tools and technologies.
- Experience analysing training performance data and using insights to improve learning outcomes.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
