The Structurer will be responsible to growth pipeline and revenues on the assigned clients portfolio. In strict cooperation with Coverage and Trade Finance Advisory  team, the Structurer will discuss new transactions with existing clients and originate opportunities with the new ones, ensuring proper approvals in place and profitability’s KPIs matching. She/He will be able to structure transactions both on documentary trade and working capital, via strict coordination of internal stakeholders. Finally She/He will also have responsibility for monitoring ongoing transactions concerning relevant clients’ portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Growth trade finance revenues on the assigned portfolio.
  • Structure complex transactions (both on documentary trade and working capital).
  • Build up a strong pipeline with the purpose of long term sustainable growth.
  • Ensure all approvals in place and KPIs matching.
  • Provide reports and presentation concerning relevant business’ trend.
  • Ensure deep coordination with Coverage and TFAS/RTM teams.

Skills

  • At least 7 years’ experience in Corporate Banking and/or Trade Finance.
  • University degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, i.e. the ability to support in multiple transactions/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems in a creative and mostly independent manner as well as the ability to navigate in a complex organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and openness towards any newly available software and IT-systems.
