SUMMARY
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on Baxter products, including post-sales education.
- Collaborate with local Account Managers to develop, implement, and review territory business plans.
- Educate customers on the company’s portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and ensure optimal clinical choices, including pre-sales demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to protect existing business through exceptional customer support and clinically differentiated solutions.
- Support tender processes: pre-tender activities, preparation and submission of technical documentation, and post-tender follow-up.
- Actively engage with local and national teams to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive a culture of support.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment to meet team and organizational needs.
- Utilize CRM tools for planning, evaluation, and execution of business strategies.
- Identify upselling opportunities across the portfolio to drive incremental growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Clinical or biomedical engineering background.
- Experience within the hospital healthcare sector.
- Registered Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to travel extensively (field-based role).
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and professional style.
- Bonus: Knowledge of relevant therapy areas, training certifications, digital expertise, and commercial experience.
- Genuine desire to help people and deliver value.
