The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM modules, UK payroll and regulatory requirements, and proven leadership skills to manage testing teams, stakeholders, and delivery milestones in a complex enterprise environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Test Leadership & Delivery • Lead end-to-end testing for Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and integrations. • Define and own the test strategy, test plans, schedules, and test governance. • Manage test execution across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. • Track and report test progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
