As a Test Consultant focused on Workday, you will play a vital role in our testing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality Workday solutions to our clients. You will contribute to our testing process by ensuring reliability, functionality, and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Workday Extend applications and advance your career in quality assurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand testing requirements and objectives.
Develop test cases AND test scripts based on project specifications and requirements.
Execute test cases and document test results, identifying and prioritising defects for resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing including hands-on Workday testing experience.
Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
DESIRABLE:
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
Experience using JIRA Software for test case management and defect tracking.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Knowledge or experience of Automated Testing
