Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting and results-driven Project Manager to join our Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with leaders and team members across the organization to proactively identify, plan, and execute projects or programs that enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can work across levels and functional organizations to drive results. A strong focus on speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential. 

This position must be based in the Belfast Metro area.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive projects within the Technical Support organization aimed at building efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. 

  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to or lead projects that align with organizational goals. 

  • Develop and manage streamlined project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. 

  • Own project progress, actively identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 

  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to all levels of the organization. 

  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative solutions and best practices. 

  • Ensure all projects are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and customer-centric approach. 

What You'll Need: 

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a technical support or customer service environment, preferably with a cybersecurity and/or SaaS background. 

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools with a focus on driving projects to completion within agreed timelines.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with people at all levels from individual contributor to executives, especially in a technical environment. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, functional groups, geographies and cultures. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently to achieve key outcomes. 

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
