We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide support Microsoft Office 365- related issues, ensuring timely resolution of up to 1,000 tickets . This position will be full-time and onsite in Alabang.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address complex technical challenges.
Maintain and update documentation related to O365 support processes and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Office 365 to provide proactive support.
What You'll Need:
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tickets efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
