About Us

Threenitas designs, builds, and supports the systems it develops for its clients. We are not consultants, we are doers. We roll up our sleeves and engage in the entire lifecycle of digital service development, often starting from the client’s initial idea and shaping it into a fully functional, successful product. Our teams collaborate closely with clients through analysis, design, development, and delivery, ensuring outcomes we can all be proud of.

Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager / Analyst is responsible for analyzing functional requirements, shaping them into clear technical requirements, coordinating the engineering team during implementation, and supporting the team’s ongoing work. This is a hands-on, mid-level role, ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who want to grow deeper into technical analysis and delivery. The role focuses heavily on integrations with systems that support the final service, ensuring technical requirements and acceptance criteria are well-defined and feasible. You will work closely with the product development team and with client-side PMs responsible for integration components.

Responsibilities

  • Work on medium-to-large scale projects that involve multiple integrations with external systems.
  • Capture technical requirements derived from functional analysis and integration needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create an execution plan and track progress, providing the necessary information and support along the way.
  • Define acceptance criteria for integration-related work and coordinate with client teams to plan and execute SIT activities.
  • Work closely with the product development team for matters related to functional requirements.
  • Coordinate with client PMs who oversee individual integrations and ensure alignment across teams.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
