In this role, you'll take ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives, particularly the implementation of a new enterprise-wide IT and HR ticketing platform using ServiceNow. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Technical Operations, Enterprise IT, HR, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What you'll do as a Technical Project Manager
- Lead enterprise-level software implementation projects from concept to completion-including the transition of our IT and HR ticketing system to ServiceNow.
- Partner with a third-party ServiceNow implementor, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Drive all phases of project management, including planning, scoping, scheduling, documentation, contingency planning, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, align on priorities, and deliver solutions that meet functional and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into executable plans.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks while developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor key metrics, manage scope changes, and communicate progress and blockers to senior leadership.
- Champion agile best practices while also adapting to hybrid or waterfall approaches where necessary.
- Cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across your teams.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of technical project management experience, with a strong track record of leading enterprise-wide software implementations.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other large-scale ITSM platforms (ServiceNow experience preferred).
- Prior experience coordinating with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams. - Experience working with Jira.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
