Product Marketing Management at ClickHouse

ClickHouse is looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team.  You will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and positioning that will resonate with prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, field teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and drive the increased awareness and adoption of ClickHouse. 

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouse
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the market
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement content
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to gather market insights and understand customer needs
  • Lead the launch of new products and features
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategies
  • Evaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product, product marketing, or a software engineering role at a startup
  • Deep understanding of databases, particularly SQL and OLAP, or another relevant technical domain (data analytics, observability)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience and/or a deep interest in developing product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancements

Compensation

This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. For roles based in the United States, you can find above our typical starting salary ranges for this role, depending on your specific location.
