Enterprises do not know if their security controls are providing full protection at any given moment in time. Panaseer’s CCM platform uniquely correlates data from all security tools to identify and measure missing assets, control gaps, and advise on underperforming controls.

Technical Product Management at Panaseer

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Product Team and help pivotal cross functional product initiatives

The Technical Product Manager will join a team at the forefront of understanding the challenges faced by the modern CISO. Comfortable working with complex data sets from integrations with targeted Security control points and IT systems, you will work closely with product, engineering and customer service teams to help discover, ideate and refine enhancements that make CISO and security analysts better informed, and more productive.

The Technical Product Manager will help engineering teams and other stakeholders to understand technical specifications, limitations and potential solutions derived from prospect, customer, and customer support discovery activities.

The Technical Product Manager should feel very comfortable in interpreting data, metrics, and controls and then being able to apply and map findings to Cyber security frameworks (e.g. NIST2.0. CRI) and business metrics

This role will particularly appeal to someone who has worked with data at scale, feels comfortable in deriving insights from data, and has an interest in further developing their emerging product management skills within a busy, but supportive environment. Exposure to metrics, scorecards and/or GRC tools will be advantageous


Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Metrics & Measurements Product Management team in engaging with customers, analysts, third party providers and internal business colleagues market trends, IT patterns and customer use cases
  • Work with Product, Engineering and Revenue teams to develop data-driven ROI case for product roadmap priorities and initiatives
  • Assist in the end-to-end delivery of high-impact product changes, from inception to implementation and launch
  • Work with product designers to whiteboard, develop, and refine clear & intuitive user experiences
  • Assist in market-driven product launches, beta programs and new product introductions including developing GTM strategy
  • Assist other product teams with discovery or other activities as needed
  • Ability to Travel for team collaboration, customer visits and marketing events.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in Product Management, primarily in Enterprise B2B and SaaS
  • Some experience with 1 or more Cyber Security domain (ex. Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management)
  • Some experience of working with and delivering highly technical products
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuously improving yourself, your team, and your function
  • Some understanding of modern Product Delivery and Product lifecycle management practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Low ego, team player

Desirable skills

  • Experience of views/visualisations of multi-source data at scale
  • Experience with security metrics and/or controls measurement
  • Experience with service offerings from major Cyber Security vendors (ex. Tenable, Rapid7, Veracode, CrowdStrike, SailPoint)
  • Experience of Cybesecurity frameworks or GRC tooling.
