Who we are looking for 🔍

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will be responsible for scaling and managing our API products, tracking key metrics, conducting market research, and ensuring high reliability to meet customer expectations.

You will 🚀
  • Lead the creation, development, and continuous optimization of API solutions tailored for B2B use cases.

  • Manage interface development at scale, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop key metrics for web applications and measure performance.

  • Drive API performance, reliability, and scalability, setting and tracking key metrics to ensure excellence.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and best practices in API-based product development, incorporating these insights into the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and operations, to align API products with business objectives and client needs.

  • Manage API lifecycle development at scale, ensuring seamless integration and robust functionality.

  • Define and measure success metrics for API solutions, continuously monitoring performance to deliver reliable and efficient products.

You have 🤓
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product management, demonstrating the ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery.

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in large-scale API design, development, and optimization, including building API products from the ground up.

  • Minimum 1 year of proven track record of managing and enhancing complex B2B integrations, ensuring high reliability and usability for partners.

  • Strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of API performance, scalability, and monitoring, including experience with key metrics, observability, and troubleshooting tools.

  • Expertise in API best practices, including versioning, security standards, authentication mechanisms, and integration workflows. Technical knowledge of REST API architecture and authentication mechanisms.

  • Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical topics; background in software development is a strong plus.

  • Crypto experience is a must: familiarity with blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and Solana.

  • Experience with Ethereum staking and restaking solutions is a significant plus.

  • Fluent in English
