Corporate Travel Consultant (T4M -Travel4Meeting)

Corporate Travel Consultant (Group/T4M -Travel4Meeting) must be experienced in booking Individual Air/Rail + Group Air/Rail travel, responsible for group movements ranging from 10 to 2000+ people.

What You will Do

• Deliver outstanding service based on the clients Event Brief including research, policies, and management of Suppliers
• Overall client retention in terms of establishing a professional long term relationship, service excellence and account growth
• Planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Travel, Workshops & Seminars
• Achieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend. 
• Sound Company product knowledge and ability to cross sell products where possible
• Ensuring all processes followed are robust, that our activity and time management is efficient and that we all give attention to developing and growing our business.
• Additional duties as requested (Standby on-duty availability for some weekends a year)

What we are looking for

• GDS: Group and individual reservations: Amadeus crucial
• MS Office user
• Proficient Business English
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Group or Individual Flight booking
• Able to work well in a Team
• High level of attention to detail

The T4M role contains all or some of the following tasks:

• Understand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)
• Qualifying call or email with enquiry owner to determine travel requirements
• Identify appropriate transportation options according to client needs
• Follow R-Max preferred suppliers’ program
• Confirm and manage supplier deadlines
• Reminders to customer on supplier deadlines
• Secure enquiry owner approval on budget and terms & conditions of suppliers
• Utilising registration web site tools, capturing delegates’ information and sending flight offers/confirmations directly, managing delegate changes and updates is also an advantage.
