Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team.

You will play a pivotal role in managing our accounting, financial reporting, and global tax compliance using Quickbooks and Stripe Tax. This position requires a seamless collaboration with our CPA and core team to ensure meticulous tax compliance and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting within QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports utilizing QuickBooks, Stripe, and Baremetrics data.
  • Set up, monitor, and file returns for global sales taxes with a strong focus on indirect taxes, US Sales/Local Taxes, UK VAT, AU GST, etc., using Stripe Tax.
  • Work in close coordination with our CPA and core team to maintain tax compliance and address any financial issues.
  • Provide written support and guidance to our team, upholding high standards of communication in native-like English.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales tax management, demonstrating a track record of meticulous financial handling.
  • Experience in filing sales tax returns in US, UK and EU (OSS)
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Stripe and QuickBooks is essential.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Mature candidates with a robust background in finance and tax compliance will be given preference.
