The Junior Management Program is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow.
Over 3-years (permanent contract also beyond the program) your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors.
You'll get to work across our commercial functions in a series of 2-3 placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business - an amazing chance to grow every day.
Your first placement will be in Marketing as a JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER MILKA TABLETS.
The Role
In Marketing you will lead your own projects, manage budgets for your team, analyze market data and define further action steps, develop marketing recommendations & plans for our amazing POWER BRAND Milka in line with the global strategy. Not only will you execute national communication campaigns and launch new products into the market, you will also help shape our brand strategy and build out our competitive positioning. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
In Sales (Key Account Management and/or Field Force) you will learn how our top selling products as well as our innovations (e.g. Milka bread spread or Milka Favourites pralines) reach the stores of our customers. You will not only be the face to your dedicated customer but will also develop clever customer plans in line with our overall sales strategy to reach sales KPIs (e.g. net revenue, sales volumes, profitability). At all times you will be accompanied by experienced sales professionals.
Your next placements will depend on your personal preferences and the current business need. The concrete position will be aligned closer to your rotation date, but it will most likely be in Sales (e. g. Category Planning, Key Account Management, Field Sales, ...) or in another commercial role where you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic understanding for Marketing and Sales.

Education:
- Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA)
- University courses preferred: Management, Marketing, Business administration
Job specific requirements:
- First working experience in sales / marketing (FMCG industry preferred)
- International and project experience preferred (students exchange, international projects)
- Fluent German & English
- Mobility + high level of flexibility
- Profound analytical and negotiation skills
- Pro-activity and passion
- Driver's license (class B)
