  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for tracking, reporting, and managing programme-related data.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, particularly in the context of talent management or workforce planning workflows.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or internal audit requests within an HR or talent function.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
