This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our talent acquisition team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator focused on interview scheduling, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You will have the chance to collaborate closely with hiring managers, executive administrative business partners, and candidates to coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process. This role offers the chance to develop valuable organizational and communication skills while contributing to the growth and success of our team and organization.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...

  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for candidates, including coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, providing necessary details and ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Aid in scheduling and coordinating across various time zones
  • Be an ambassador for the candidate experience, proactively creating new ways to surprise and delight prospects and candidates as they begin the hiring process
  • Liaise with executive administrative business partners to schedule interviews with company executives, ensuring alignment of schedules and logistical support
  • Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling inquiries and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date interview schedules in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management software.
  • Attend TA stand up meetings with the Talent Team where the Coordinator will come prepared with pertinent updates and follow-up as needed. 
  • Actively respond across the various channels of communications (emails, group threads, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).

If You Got It - We Want It

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relative experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or experience in a fast-paced environment where you are juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Sense of urgency
  • Bonus Points:
    • Executive scheduling experience
    • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail for communication and calendar management
    • Experience using Zoom for video conferencing and remote interviews
    • Experience with Gem Scheduling
    • Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools for team communication and coordination
