Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stay22, you’ll play a key role in shaping our growing team. You’ll blend creativity, care, data, and strategy to find, attract, and hire top talent — all while elevating our employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Own LinkedIn projects and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, delivering high-quality outreach and candidate experiences.
Develop creative, scalable sourcing strategies for primarily non-tech roles, with the flexibility to support tech hiring as needed.
Craft inclusive, compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that authentically reflect our brand and values.
Act as a Stay22 ambassador across digital platforms and at recruiting events.
Partner on recruitment campaigns, career page enhancements, and other high-impact visibility initiatives that strengthen our employer brand.
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Operations
Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles, occasionally supporting tech hires.
Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, social media, and niche online communities.
Conduct thoughtful interviews and assessments that evaluate skills, culture fit, and growth potential, while equipping and coaching hiring teams to do the same.
Partner strategically with hiring managers throughout the process: opening roles, refining profiles, interviewing, and closing offers.
Champion a top-notch candidate experience at every stage.
Use data, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
Stay curious - continuously explore new trends, tools, and best practices to keep our hiring game ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an in-house role.
Industry Insight: Solid understanding of the tech/startup ecosystem and awareness of emerging market trends.
Communication: Fully bilingual (English/French) with exceptional interpersonal skills — you build rapport easily and represent the brand authentically.
Drive: Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful careers.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools; ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing solutions.
