Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist for our factories in Elst and Utrecht (Netherlands) will act as a talent business partner and champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early careers' recruitment, for white and blue-collars roles. Our TA team is the guardian of our recruitment strategy so you'll be working alongside senior leadership every day, at all levels, and therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of partners and customers.
Based in the Elst factory as main working location and frequently travelling to the Utrecht factory, you will partner will all functions of the business and play a critical role in shaping and building the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz through attracting and hiring the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for Operational roles including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Planning, Finance etc (sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring)
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needs
  • Responsible for Early Careers recruitment for eventual Apprenticeships, and the planning of live and online events and career fairs
  • Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy, ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIs
  • Train the business in interviewing skills and best practice (e.g. unconscious bias)

Expected Experience and Required Skills
  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in any field
  • Dutch native, English fluent
  • Available to work on-site 3 days a week
  • Solid experience in recruitment either agency side or in-house with essential workforce roles
  • Experience recruiting for the Food/Beverage/FMCG sector is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday is a nice to have
  • Confident recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers whilst ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • A pragmatic negotiator, able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
