Focus

Collaborate with department directors to forecast talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and drive succession planning.

Craft compelling job descriptions and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-impact candidate experience.

Develop and maintain strong headhunter partnerships, negotiate competitive fees, and uphold ethical recruitment practices.

Equip hiring managers with recruitment best practices, optimize selection processes, and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
A great candidate will have:

Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or internal recruitment, preferably for technical roles.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.

Experience of succession planning and aligning hires with company goals and values.
