The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, assess candidates, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist having experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure and Application Development hiring to support our fast-growing U.S. technical teams. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the U.S. talent market, proven experience recruiting niche technical roles, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to deliver high impact hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure, Application Development roles across the U.S. geography.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans targeting top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, Boolean search, and passive-candidate outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and consistent engagement.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill tech roles.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, niche skill demand, and competitive insights.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure compliance with U.S. hiring standards.
- Key Roles Recruited for Cybersecurity Analyst / Engineer, Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Engineer, Network Security Engineer, SOC Analysts, Developers.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Infrastructure and Application Development roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. recruiting practices, talent market, and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging niche technical candidates.
- Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and communicate effectively with engineers and technical leaders.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for enterprise tech, consulting, or security-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (to assess candidate profiles).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
