💼 The Role:With some incredibly exciting plans in store for 2026, we’re now looking for someone to join our growing People team and head up Talent Acquisition. We need someone who is equally adept at defining strategy, building processes, and getting your hands dirty across the lifecycle.
You’ll cover a wide range of roles across Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial (Sales, Customer Support, Founders Team) and Education (Teachers, Teaching Assistants) across the world (our team is spread across 20 countries and counting...) and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we’re running a best-in-class recruitment operation.
This role is ideal for someone ready to lead a Talent Acquisition function. You’ll have the opportunity to play a huge role in the success of our business, starting with 50+ roles in 2026.
⚙️ What you’ll doYou will be expected to:
Define a hiring strategy, partnering with the Leadership team to set the direction.
You’ll build processes, leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation and AI, to ensure we’re hiring the best talent, globally.
You’ll lead hiring efforts end-to-end; working with our Hiring Managers across each function:
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Lead on sourcing and outreach on key hires where required.
Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
Feed back to management team on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible.
Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.
This role is ideal for someone who has held a similar position in a high-growth, global, technology business previously - or someone who has been ‘number two’ and is ready to make the step up. You will be:
A world-class recruiter: You’ll have an exceptional track record of volume delivery across multiple functions (at least technical and commercial, with bonus points for education!).
Exceptionally organised: With a very high attention to detail. You understand that the little things can make a huge difference.
Extremely tech-literate: You’ve got your finger on the pulse when it comes to best-in-class tooling, process and automation.
Data driven: You know your funnels inside out, where your bottlenecks are and where you need to change things up to keep the quality coming.
A people person: You’re a clear, confident communicator and are able to build relationships quickly with candidates and team members alike.
🔩 Details:
Location: Ideally onsite at our office in Chancery Lane (4 days per week) but open to remote candidates.
Reporting to: Chief of Staff
Salary: £45-£60k pa + equity
