The Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the Europe region, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent aligned with 3Pillar’s culture and business priorities. This role partners closely with global and regional business leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Excellence to drive strategic hiring, enhance candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Leadership :
  • Partner with business and People leadership to define workforce plans and deliver on current and future hiring needs across technology and corporate functions.
  • Develop a data-driven regional hiring strategy that aligns with global TA goals and the company’s growth objectives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Recruitment Excellence
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles — from technology, product, and design to corporate positions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across Europe.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and diversity goals) are met consistently.
  • Partner with external agencies and strategic sourcing partners when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business and delivery leaders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global TA COE to ensure alignment on tools, technology, and process governance.
  • Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and analytics to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
  • Champion 3Pillar’s culture and EVP (Employee Value Proposition) across all talent touchpoints.
  • Drive regional employer branding initiatives through social media, campus engagements, hackathons, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects 3Pillar’s values of agility, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Process, Compliance & Insights
  • Maintain recruitment compliance with GDPR and regional labour regulations.
  • Leverage data analytics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies, assessment processes, and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country-level recruitment in Europe.
  • Proven experience hiring for technology and digital product engineering talent.
  • Strong understanding of European hiring practices, employment laws, and talent market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-oriented decision-making and the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Expertise in digital sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
