To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

How the role contributes to the company's vision
  • You will be our first business recruiter, joining our journey during a very exciting time. We are a team of 80+ international people, working across multiple European countries. Your role will be key to supporting our growth across Europe, and hiring great talent for non technical roles, with a focus on Operations, Business (Customer Success, Account Executives, Legal & Strategy)

  • This is a great role for someone passionate about recruitment, including sourcing for niche roles, improving hiring processes and operations together with our People team and our business leaders

Top responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for business roles, from kick-off to offer

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple European markets. Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process

  • Build recruitment best practices, as well as hiring expertise working closely with our leaders and training team members

  • Ensure timely, accurate updates in our ATS and track and share key hiring metrics

  • Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders

  • Contribute to our Employer branding strategy building working with our People and Marketing Teams

What you should bring with you
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment

  • Extensive experience hiring for professional services (finance, legal, accounting).

  • Passion for quality and delivery. You enjoy looking for hard-to-find talent and fill complex positions

  • Desire to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability and a results-driven mindset: you have great communication skills and tailor your approaches to the business context and hiring manager’s needs

  • Proactivity in offering the best possible hiring experience, and tackling any bottlenecks along the process

  • First interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager Roberto to get acquainted with bunch and the role (30 min)

  • Case Interview with our People Lead to demonstrate your way of thinking, working, and communicating your output (60min)

  • Panel interview where you will meet one of the hiring managers and learn more about their challenges (30 min)

  • Final meeting with one of the Co-founders to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions (30 min)
