We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team in EMEA. You will be a direct link between Talent Acquisition, Lightspeed hiring teams, and candidates who are searching for their next opportunity! 

Role

  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners in EMEA, by creating a seamless and excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Coordinating a high volume of interviews for our candidates using Greenhouse (our Applicant Tracking System) and GoodTime (our automated scheduling system).
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day hiring activities with interview scheduling, offer creation, coordinate reference and background check processes, and other administrative tasks.
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders on our broader People and Culture team to seamlessly handover new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Document and implement processes and procedures for the Talent Acquisition team and other recruitment stakeholders - while championing best practices. 
  • Facilitate training for all new TA team members and company-wide interviewers, as well as train new team members on our various TA systems and tools. 
  • Support in a variety of other tasks to ensure the Talent Acquisition Team is delivering at maximum capacity.
  • As the main point of contact for hiring managers, provide guidance and answer any questions around our hiring manager driven recruiting process and ensure guidelines are being followed.
  • Leverage your strong organisational skills and administrative expertise to support job related and scheduling requests.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and other People & Culture team members

What you need to bring:

You will join a supportive team of Coordinators located in North America and EMEA. Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the Talent Acquisition team, Lightspeed recruitment processes and has an impact throughout the People and Culture department overall.


We're looking for a candidate who have experience with the following:

  • People obsessed – you are skilled at and committed to building and managing effective and trusting relationships with candidates, business partners and colleagues
  • Recruiting coordination or other relevant administration experience in a high volume environment 
  • Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision, and know when to take initiative and #makeithappen
  • Extremely organised and demonstrates an attention to detail when performing tasks
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and bring excellent time management ability to juggle many priorities at once
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and processes, in addition to being able to take steps to try to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Able to manage sensitive information
  • A solid communicator, and quick at responding to multiple forms of communication, you think like a candidate and coordinate like no other!
