As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience by managing high-volume interview coordination, communicating seamlessly with candidates and hiring teams, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. This contract position requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and collaborate with functional Admins to manage candidate interviews, travel, and logistics
- Build relationships with all levels of applicants and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience
- Organize candidate talent pools and pipelines in Greenhouse
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and business partners to provide administrative help during the recruiting lifecycle
- Be an ATS super user, managing the recruitment process from application to offer
- Support set up of on-site presentations working in tandem with IT
- Lead the posting of requisitions and building out the scorecards in Greenhouse
- Manage recruiting documents such as: new hire list, offer templates, and vendor contracts
- Manage expenses on Concur related to candidate travel and interview logistics
- This will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience providing a "white glove" service for all levels of candidates
- Ability to coordinate interviews across multiple timezones
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong judgment in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and moving parts efficiently
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of coordinating experience
- Experience in a science/Biotech environment
- Experience in ATS systems such as Greenhouse
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $39/hr - $46/hr; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
