Your Day to Day
As a Trilingual (Spanish, English and French), Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be working on:

Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels, while also drafting and posting engaging, accurate job advertisements to attract top talent. Conduct preliminary resume reviews to shortlist qualified candidates

Supporting the recruitment and coordination of our Internship Program in Canada, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and collaboration with universities and educational partners

Managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle for various roles across the company as needed, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Maintaining and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Coordinating background verification and reference checks. Assist in onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation.

Fostering cross-functional collaboration by communicating effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment on role requirements, timelines, and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
As a Trilingual (Spanish, English and French), Talent Acquisition Partner, your background will look like:

3+ years of experience in an administrative role in an office environment, preferably in an HR department (Desirable)

3+ years of customer service and/or technical support experience in a call center environment (Must)

4th year or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial/Business Psychology

High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced user of Microsoft Excel

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, and exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality

Brings outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (B2 level on both languages)

Proficient in written and spoken French (C1 level)

Workday and recruiting software experience are a plus

This is a hybrid role; the candidate must have the flexibility to work in the office as needed
