About the Job: Join Zone & Co. as an Alliances Manager and take a central role in accelerating our growth by defining and executing high-impact partnership strategies across the global NetSuite ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing alliances with various partners—from boutique consulting firms to mid-tier accounting practices—that dramatically amplify our market reach and drive measurable revenue. This role that requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and operational excellence to ensure seamless coordination and strategic alignment across all global initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Support creation and execution of joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and other GTM activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain updated partner resources and co-branded collateral
  • Work with Product and Enablement to align partner training and feature rollouts with go-to-market priorities
  • Conduct light competitive and market research to identify potential areas of partnership expansion
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all partner activities, including deal registrations, certifications, and engagement history
  • Help standardize and operationalize processes for onboarding, enablement, and partner communication
  • Ensure all alliance activities adhere to company policies, brand standards, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Customer Success to uncover expansion or renewal opportunities driven by partner relationships
  • Participate in quarterly planning and reporting cycles to ensure alliance performance data is complete and actionable
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Channel & Alliances teamu

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development within a technology or SaaS organization—preferably in the NetSuite ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite and related technology stack, including CRM, CPQ, and iPaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating across global teams in a fully remote environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect partnership activities to commercial outcomes
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Visionary mindset with the capability to articulate complex business value through storytelling and ROI demonstration
