Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Mission

We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team. This is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to high-impact projects across Inside Sales, Customer Relationship, and Supply Chain functions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Supply Chain and key stakeholders across Europe to improve performance, streamline processes, and bring visibility into operational results.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of problems, work independently, and bring structure to ambiguous situations, whether by building a dashboard, mapping a process, or defining KPIs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a measurable impact on how we scale.

  • Drive and support strategic initiatives across Supply Chain Management – from opportunity diagnosis to execution.

  • Build reporting and performance tracking frameworks for our last mile operation, procurement, and global warehousing.

  • Define, track, and analyse KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

  • Work hands-on with raw data to develop actionable insights and translate them into presentations, tools, or dashboards.

  • Map and structure operational processes to support scalability, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with teams across different countries to understand local contexts and harmonise operations.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both central leadership and local teams.

Your Story

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project management within the Supply Chain space.

  • Experience working in warehouse chains with multiple sites, ordering systems, SAP, accounting, strong technical skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data manipulation (Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar tools).

  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring problems from scratch.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (tech, fintech, start-up, etc.) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of operational processes in customer support, sales, or supply chain is a strong advantage.

The Perks

  • We trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;

  • Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps;

  • Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support;

  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme;

  • Health and Life Insurance;

  • Pension Scheme;

  • 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays);

  • Office snacks every day;

  • Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
