The Opportunity:

To directly manage a team of TA Partners, delivering efficient recruitment services to our internal customers. The team support various sites across Europe, offering a collaborative partnership, aligned with processes and KPI's.

Reporting to the TA Director, Europe, you will partner with stakeholders, HRBP's and Compensation to continuously improve an already achieving function.

What we are looking for

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, French desirable
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, desirable
  • Solid and measurable relevant experience in recruiting: in an agency, in-house, or ideally both.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching or managing people in a small team
  • Extensive leadership experience in stakeholder management
  • Outstanding capacities to manage change, contribute to constructive conversations, adapt one’s approach to customer needs, and think out of the box.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Directly manage the TA Team members - day-to-day management, performance management, talent development.
  • Make sure Recruiters work according to European and global recruitment standards, processes, and quality of service delivery.
  • Work with TA team members outside of the direct scope to support them and deploy capacity to support them with their recruitment volume.
  • Manage directly and through team members the stakeholders allocated to the Recruiters in the region. Manage escalations around challenges and issues related to the geographical working scope of the team.
  • Act as a TA Partner for still a significant part of the time, keeping a hands-on attitude and helping recruiters overcome their daily challenges.
