As Strategy Lead, you work closely with senior leadership to define, structure, and deliver BJAK’s most critical strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—turning ideas into action, aligning teams, and driving measurable business impact across markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think long-term, move quickly, and take full ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Do
Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans. Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are delivered and tracked.
Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and technology teams. Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain execution momentum.
Support market expansion and growth initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support. Identify growth opportunities and help shape go-to-market and expansion strategies.
Build analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide priorities and resource allocation.
Monitor strategic KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and recommend course corrections to keep initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to prepare strategic materials, follow up on key decisions, and ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.

What You Bring
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, fintech, or high-growth startups
At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills
Experience working closely with senior leadership or founder-level stakeholders
Ability to structure ambiguity and turn strategy into execution
Location Requirement
Based in the UK
Comfortable working closely with teams across Southeast Asia
