Who we are
HiBob is seeking an analytical Strategy and Insights Manager to join our GTM team, with a primary focus on optimising Marketing performance. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive marketing effectiveness, deliver actionable insights through data analysis, and ensure that processes align with our global business standards. By leveraging data driven insights, you will play a critical role in optimizing GTM operations, enhancing overall efficiency and supporting the growth of our organization.
**Note: We will only consider candidates who are willing to work in our London office 2 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!
What you'll do:
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights: Take ownership of all marketing data, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and usability. Collaborate with Analytics, Finance and GTM teams to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, channels, and campaigns, using data to inform and guide decisions.
  • Top of Funnel Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis: Play a key role in forecasting and analyzing top-of-funnel activities, ensuring accurate pipeline generation forecasts and tracking performance to enhance predictability and growth.
  • Executive Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with GTM leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on performance metrics, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Global Operational Alignment: Lead the execution of GTM strategies, developing regional expertise and ensure that global teams are aligned and processes run smoothly across all markets.
  • Sales Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with Global GTM Enablement to support training and development initiatives, ensuring all teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to drive success.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Analytical roles
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, advanced Excel, and understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau. SQL is a plus.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn), with a strong grasp of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive process improvements, and deliver clear solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and tracking funnel performance.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
