You support sourcing for International Transport spend -including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International's competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

You will:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for International Transport, aligning with overall business objectives
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including annual tenders, in close collaboration with Spend Area teams members
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business categories and BUs
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between operational stakeholders
- Manage supplier relationships, fostering a partnership approach while optimizing value for MDLZ
- Ensure compliance to Policies and Controls
- Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position

- Cost Optimization: (Pan-European Carrier Network: understanding of the cross-boarder network of carriers operation and capabilities within Europe. EU Market Dynamics Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in the evolving dynamics of the EU transportation market. Cash flow improvements)
- Solid sourcing / procurement experience in e-sourcing (parametric biddings, e-auction)
- Data Analytics mindset
- Problem solving ability to drive quick and effective resolution
- Ability to work independently, under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Agility to navigate ambiguity, prioritise and make decisions supporting business needs.
- Strong communication skills internally and externally.
