We are looking for an analytical and consultative profile to join our team as the person responsible for executing the data acquisition strategy (Data Suppliers) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality information solutions to our supplier partners.

This role is key to strengthening our strategic relationships, transforming data into actionable insights, and supporting initiatives that directly impact the pharmaceutical ecosystem. If you have experience in data analysis, relationship management, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, this is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the data acquisition strategy and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of information solutions to our data supplier partners.

  • Provide top-tier information services to our data supplier clients.

  • Gather requirements, develop customized reports, handle report requests, and respond to client inquiries with minimal supervision.

  • Perform routine data analysis to create specific solutions that address our partners’ business challenges.

  • Validate data deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications in terms of quality and timeliness.

  • Identify and deliver proactive market insights to clients.

  • Support the Strategic Alliances Manager in managing partner relationships and joint initiatives.

  • Maintain effective internal communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Serve as backup for other analysts when needed.

  • Proactively develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including traditional (pharmaceutical industry) and non-traditional (suppliers) applications of IQVIA data.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analysis, sales analysis, key account management, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in managing relationships with pharmaceutical distributors and/or pharmacy chains.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is highly valued.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
