About the Role
This position in our Monterrey Center of Excellence is on the Strategic Operations (StratOps) team. The StratOps team plays a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing the value brought to managed transportation customers.
What the Candidate Will Do
People in this role work Monday through Friday from 06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00. Schedule may change due to daylight savings time.
This role may require working on Mexican holidays and taking US holidays as days off. We will cover this during the interview process.
In this role, you’ll be a part of a working group of six to ten people, primarily in the US. Your team will collaborate with many other groups, on- and off-site, to provide excellent service to our operations, customer experience, and client engagement stakeholders. You will interact with and receive coaching from leaders in multiple parts of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Primary Owner of OSS Dashboards: Manage the backlog of existing enhancement requests for Performance Scorecards, Workforce Management Intelligence, Backlog, Re-Schedule Rate, Budget Allocation, and Appointments Drilldown. Suggest and execute new improvements.
- Customer Scorecarding: Short-term, own the creation of Customer Scorecards. Longer term create these scorecards as a self-serve resource by combining all disparate reporting tables into one easy-to-use dashboard. This project will expand to include the automation of as much reporting as possible.
- OSS Process Improvement: Alongside other Program Managers own process improvement and automation across the Shipment Status and Appointment Scheduling teams.
- Quality Assurance: Launch Quality Control Automations, including pulls of data for unactioned Track & Trace Loads, Incorrectly Reason Coded Appointments, Unscheduled Loads nearing an SLA breach, and other criteria.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced English, verbal and written
- One year of work experience, preferable in logistics or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations and/or Program Management experience
- SQL and Tableau experience
