How you will make a difference:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the EMEA region. Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Client Success: Understand client needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored payroll solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation and delivery of payroll services for new and existing clients. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region. Provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their payroll operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts. Provide regular updates to senior management on account status and growth opportunities.

What will give you an advantage:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development within the global payroll or HR services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA payroll landscape, including regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
