What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Collaborate with R&D engineers on coordination, communication, and execution of production-related operations;
- Develop and deploy monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and mitigate operational issues;
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system performance and resource utilization for improved user experience;
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency;incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews;
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance our infrastructure and operations;
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Monitoring Engineer role;
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar);
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and troubleshootingExperience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD pipelines;
- Familiarity with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases;
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing tools like Grafana Tempo or Jaeger;
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform);
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.);
- Experience working in production environments and incident response processes.
