About the role

HashiCorp is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for Northern EMEA to lead regional marketing programs across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and brand awareness, working in close alignment with regional sales teams, strategic partners, and the broader marketing organization.

You will report to the Director of Field Marketing, EMEA, and will own the regional plan for Northern EMEA, with a focus on field events, digital campaigns, partner marketing, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of owning the full lifecycle of field marketing execution, from planning through measurement.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)
  • Build and execute the field marketing strategy for Northern EMEA (UK, Ireland, Nordics) in partnership with local sales leaders and regional marketing leadership.
  • Deliver demand generation and acceleration programs targeting both decision makers and practitioners, including:
    • Regional events and technical workshops
    • Targeted webinars and digital experiences
    • Partner and channel marketing programs
    • Localized content syndication
    • Account-based marketing campaigns for strategic accounts
  • Align marketing tactics with pipeline goals and local sales priorities, helping to accelerate deal progression and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for local execution while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
  • Manage regional budgets and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and cost-effective results.
  • Track and report on key metrics including campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Support key industry events, user groups, and customer activities to foster engagement in the region.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Events and Executive Programs to ensure regional messaging and programs are aligned.
What you’ll need (basic qualifications)
  • 6–8 years of field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and translate business needs into actionable marketing programs.
  • Experience in marketing to enterprise technology buyers, with an understanding of buyer journeys and regional nuances in Northern EMEA.
  • Strong background in planning and executing physical and virtual events, webinars, and partner campaigns.
  • Highly organized, self-starter mindset with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms), and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel within the region (~10-20%) and periodic travel to the United States (~2-3x per year)
What's nice to have (preferred qualifications)
  • Experience marketing to DevOps, platform teams, infrastructure, or security personas.
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp tools or other open-source developer tools.
  • MBA is a plus
  • Conversational fluency in additional Nordic languages is a plus

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
