As a Senior Data Scientist in the Agentic Support Technology Team, you will take a key role in transforming our 1,300-person global support organization from traditional human-centered operations into an agentic, AI-driven ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in data science with contact center domain knowledge to deliver significant efficiency gains while maintaining world-class customer satisfaction.
As a hands-on senior individual contributor, you will design, build, and deploy next-generation machine learning–powered support systems, while serving as a technical liaison to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Design and implement machine learning models for UCaaS and CCaaS use cases
Translate cutting-edge machine learning research into practical, scalable production solutions
Explore new data sources and innovative machine learning approaches to improve customer experience
Partner with technical support and product teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals
Work closely with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into our products and internal platforms
Own machine learning systems end-to-end, from data collection and modeling to deployment and monitoring
Ensure model quality, performance, and continuous improvement in production environments
Desired Qualifications:
MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in applied machine learning research and development
Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using ML frameworks such as PySpark and TensorFlow
Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
