As a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate, you'll drive the day-to-day execution of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports, ensuring our offerings stay sharp and competitive. Collaborating across teams, you'll support campaign rollouts, monitor real-time performance, and turn data into actionable insights. From building dashboards to crafting long-range forecasts, you'll help shape go-to-market strategies that elevate engagement and impact.
What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of sport operational plans, including the planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and content rollouts.
  • Lead day-to-day performance monitoring, using key metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and campaign post-mortems that highlight key insights and drive decision-making.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues or gaps in sport performance or delivery.
  • Play a key role in forecasting and planning processes, contributing to the development of daily, weekly, and long-range performance projections for key sports by leveraging historical data, seasonal trends, and upcoming calendar events.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and event tracking to ensure we stay ahead of market trends.

What you'll bring
  • Strong understanding of and passion for major sports, particularly live-heavy and event-driven formats (e.g. Tennis, Basketball, Table Tennis ).
  • Proven ability to work with and interpret data; confident using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Tableau and Sigma.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL is a strong asset.
  • Sharp commercial instinct with an interest in how product, promotion, and pricing impact engagement and revenue.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in a sports, gaming, media, or digital operations role preferred.
