The Role

We're embarking on an exciting journey to build out our brand team, and a pivotal part of this is establishing strategic partnerships that elevate TravelPerk's global presence. As the Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships Manager, you will own the relationship and development of our partnership with the Audi Revolut F1 Team.

This role is instrumental in shaping our brand's reach, driving significant awareness and engagement through sports sponsorships. It’s a unique opportunity to design and deliver unforgettable executive experiences and leverage the winning combination of Perk and our partners to increase reach and engagement with finance leaders. While our initial focus will be in Formula One, this role will also include partnerships with content creators, and unique physical spaces like travel hubs and airports. If you have a passion and strong track record in delivering impactful brand experiences and a knack for cultivating long-lasting relationships with senior execs, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Perk’s global sponsorship and brand partnership strategy, leveraging opportunities across various industries, including sports, media, and physical spaces

  • Own the end-to-end activation of strategic partnerships, including our Audi Revolut F1 Team sponsorship, ensuring maximum ROI and brand impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, events and product teams to integrate partnerships into broader brand campaigns and business development initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all sponsorships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand partnerships, events, and marketing with a strong track record of managing high-profile collaborations across various sectors.

  • Experience working in Formula One either brand side or within the sport.

  • Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Demonstrable experience working with C-level executives.

  • A deep understanding of brand building and the strategic role of sponsorships within a comprehensive marketing mix, recognizing how different partnership types contribute.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
