Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (People Analytics)

One Model is seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to help us scale our market presence in EMEA and bridge the gap between deep HR data capability, Workforce Intelligence, AI Measurement and Transformation,  and strategic business value.

With customers and staff around the world, One Model offers a complete workforce intelligence platform along with a cutting-edge AI Impact evaluation tool.  Our products feature cloud-hosted data orchestration and advanced visualization and analytics tools all controllable via AI interfaces. Our platforms enable companies to unlock the real value of their HR and AI usage  data from the lens of the workforce.

This isn't your standard, script-reading sales demonstration role. We aren't looking for a "demo expert" who only knows which buttons to click, nor are we looking for someone with extensive People Analytics or HR experience.

The ideal fit: You are a proven pre-sales consultant who loves being a part of the sales process. You are eager to learn about HR, Workforce Intelligence, and AI Organizational Transformation,  and are ready to incorporate that knowledge into the demonstration process. In other words, you’re going to learn about Workforce Intelligence and AI Transformation,  and combine that with your demonstration expertise so you can confidently present how our products support Workforce Intelligence, AI Transformation, and Technical teams in their mission. 

As a critical partner to our sales team, you will showcase the business value, scalability, and strategic impact of One Model products to prospective enterprise customers:

• High-Impact Demos: Prepare for and deliver live, dynamic product demonstrations tailored to the specific organizational and HR and AI transformational and measurement challenges of prospects.
• Tailored Use Cases: Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the products to showcase specific HR scenarios (TA, Comp, L&D, retention, and AI Impact and measurement use cases, etc.) .
• RFP & Functional Support: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to navigate complex RFPs, write functional descriptions of product capabilities, and handle ad-hoc product queries.
• Content Creation: Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.

Project Work: Engage in projects designed to support the sales team and reinforce our pre-sales activities. Event Engagement: Attend local and regional events, delivering demonstrations on-site, speaking to audiences about the value of One Model products, and interacting with prospects as part of the sales process. 

• Pre-Sales Expertise: You are an experienced HR, Workforce Intelligence, and/or AI transformational software pre-sales professional who can learn a platform quickly, demonstrate with authority, and adjust your flow quickly to prospect questions and demands. You are able to quickly learn our products and basic people analytics concepts so that you can establish yourself as a knowledgeable trusted advisor in the sales process. 
• Gets it Done: You get it done, quickly and correctly.  You aren’t afraid to jump into the deep end and absorb as much as you can as fast as you can. You know each demonstration is an opportunity to grow and improve. 
• Not Afraid to Sell: You understand that this role is a critical part of the sales process and as such, you are able to build excitement about the One Model products and clearly explain its value proposition.
• Natural Charisma & Presence: You are an exceptional communicator who commands a room or a web call. You genuinely enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and reading an audience to adjust your presentation style on the fly.
• The Storyteller & Translator: You can develop a people analytics mindset, but your real superpower is translation. You can confidently discuss advanced analytics, metrics development, and system adoption with CHROs, HR leaders, AI Transformational Officers just as easily as you can discuss data logic with IT and Technical Buyers buyers.
• Thrives in Momentum: You are adaptable, comfortable with a fast-paced scale-up environment, and can manage your time effectively when juggling multiple priorities.
• What This Role Is NOT: This is a consultative, high customer-facing pre-sales role, NOT a backend data analytics or engineering position, nor is it a post-sales consulting role. This is not an applied People Analytics role, nor does it involve coding or data architecture work. 
• Location: We are a remote organization, supporting our employees to work from home. Ideally, you will be located near London, but we will consider candidates in the UK, followed by candidates in continental Europe. 

Schedule: Hours of operations may vary depending on business needs. This role does provide some support for Account Executives located in the Eastern Time Zone in the US. As such, there will be situations where you will be expected to respond to Slack messages and support calls into the evening hours (London time).
