Join our team as Software Engineering Director! Lead Senior Engineering Managers and Lead Engineers across 5 products in the Marketing Activation domain.

Core Responsibilities- Use innovative technology to support Marketing Activation goals and advance the LEGO Group's digital transformation.
- Craft architectural solutions with ease while nurturing a strong engineering culture that revolves around developer experience, development testing, and team autonomy.

- Lead with authority on the total cost of ownership for each product team, making strategic investment decisions that achieve portfolio success. Monitor budgets proactively and work with finance partners to articulate clear investment plans to senior leadership.
As the Engineering Director, you will set the engineering and architecture strategy for the Marketing Activation products in collaboration with other technical and product leaders. You will partner with various business leaders to implement enterprise strategies and drive commercial outcomes through robust, scalable, and performant architectural solutions.

- Central to your methodology is a profound comprehension of engineering, enabling you to cultivate trust, empathy, and mutual respect within the engineering community.
- Are dedicated to modern technologies and standard processes in software engineering which will encourage and push architectural approaches, always pursuing the right solution for business value.
- Experience with supplier management that is grounded towards building trusted partnerships, while being detailed on the commercial engagement and statement of work.
- Ability to decide when to use a strategic approach or focus on details for specific goals, being self-aware of situational needs.
- Comfortable interacting with numerous communities with ease, from engineering team to executive level partners – spanning technical detail to executive summary.
- Experience in a global environment, comfortable in leading distributed workforce and remote teams.
