Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot solutions, including Copilot Studio, Copilot in Teams, Copilot in Microsoft 365, and awareness of Azure AI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who stays up-to-date with the latest Microsoft AI technologies and has the drive to learn and apply these in real-world business solutions.

Job Description

This role will focus on client requirement gathering, POC development, project delivery, demo solution creation, and mentoring internal team members to strengthen Copilot capabilities across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose Copilot-based solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and full-scale solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies.

  • Build and present demo solutions showcasing the capabilities of Copilot Studio, Teams Copilot, M365 Copilot, and Azure/OpenAI integrations.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Copilot project delivery ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

  • Act as a mentor and guide for internal teams by conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing on Copilot-related tools and best practices.

  • Stay updated on the latest releases, enhancements, and best practices in Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem.

  • Assist in developing internal assets, accelerators, and reusable components related to Copilot automation and AI solutions.

  • Work closely with pre-sales teams to assist in solutioning and technical proposal creation for Copilot-related opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio (basic to intermediate understanding of building copilots using low-code interface).

  • Familiarity with Copilot in Teams and M365 and their usage scenarios.

  • Exposure to Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Understanding of Azure AI/ML services, especially those related to LLMs and document intelligence, is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI-driven development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot (where available) are a plus.

  • Experience working in PreSales, client discussions, or solutioning is a plus.

  • Exposure to Copilot use cases in HR, Finance, or IT operations is desirable.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Team player attitude with a proactive mindset towards learning and growth.
