Requirements

General Position Description:

The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with our Data, Creative, and Client teams, fostering trust and communication with both existing and potential customers regarding our social media services. This strategic position requires building reliable relationships and driving growth for the company by delivering innovative client solutions through outstanding customer service.

To thrive in this role, you will need to...

  • Act as the primary contact between clients and the agency, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and providing effective business and communication solutions.
  • Engage actively in social media management, including content updates and community management.
  • Create tailored content that meets clients’ specific requirements.
  • Produce detailed reports on account status and social media performance, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Develop presentations for new and existing clients showcasing strategies and outcomes.
  • Assist with client requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
  • Research current benchmarks and audience preferences to inform strategy.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Set specific goals and report on return on investment (ROI).
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including text, images, and videos.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a top digital marketing agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • A natural inclination to stay updated on new trends and innovations in the industry.
  • Familiarity with various online marketing channels.
